Working while pregnant was not fun - especially considering how sick I was. For the days I absolutely had to commute, I had to really prep myself up and do breathing exercisse so my nausea wouldn’t get the best of me while I was on the bus. Having to explain that to someone really sucks because you feel like you have to prove that you’re sick. Like what do I do? Bag the vomit up and share it in a Teams chat?

Whenever people ask me “what do you do for a living?”, it’s always difficult to answer for a few reasons. No one ever knew what the hell I was talking about when I say I work in raw materials. Good denim is so important yet so hard to find. It’s especially hard when you prefer online shopping because now you have to wait for them to be delivered, then you have to find time to try them on, and then you have to decide if you actually like them on body or not. That’s alot of steps.

I wore this to Walmart. I’m the person who will literally get dressed to do absolutely nothing. I just like to look good & feel good. It definitely shapes your mood.

I learned very quickly that I didn’t care to follow the crowd.
