good denim

Good denim is so important yet so hard to find. It’s especially hard when you prefer online shopping because now you have to wait for them to be delivered, then you have to find time to try them on, and then you have to decide if you actually like them on body or not. That’s alot of steps. I was able to find some amazing denim pre-baby and now I am strugglingggg.

I had success with the men’s department at Levi’s, Banana Republic (worn in photo below) and Zara. I’m going to revisit my fave styles from Levi’s when they’re at a good price. The 501’s are great - I cut them at the knees (see above) because I love a good distressed jean. They’re rigid, relaxed fit with a straight leg - just how I like ‘em!

More recently, I was introduced to a brand that I now love: Moussy/Moussy Vintage (shout out to Amanda, @amandamurray). I purchased mine from Nordstrom. The style I found fits like true vintage Levi’s, too! They were a bit on the pricier side, but you gotta pay that price for the quality, babe.  The style name is: moussy vintage, chateau straight leg raw edge (below) and I love the raw hem and pocket detail in the back. They are linked below.

What are some of your favorite denim brands and are they mom friendly? Asking for a friend. Lol.
